Since it's the summer holidays—and she doesn't have to be up early for school—we are trying to get Helen out of pull-ups at night.

Even though we woke her and took her to the toilet twice before we went to bed, the first night went as we expected it to: not well. But last night Helen came up with a good idea, which was for Sylvia to take her whenever she happened to get up in the night to go herself. It worked, and Helen was very pleased with herself this morning!
