Helen lost her sixth tooth today (lower right incisor).
A friend of mine was here this afternoon and I told her about Helen losing another tooth. I said "She's lost 6 now". Rachel (who was next to us) said that she too had lost 6 teeth. When I disagreed, she pointed to her mouth and counted 4 on the bottom and 2 on the top. "No", I said. You've lost 3 on the bottom and 2 on the top. She then pointed at the gap where her lower left incisor was and said: "Yeah, but I lost this one twice"!!
