In the last month Rachel has lost her upper right and left lateral incisors.
This evening Helen lost her upper left lateral incisor. With the loss of this latest tooth, she is continuing her quest to find out once and for all if I am the tooth fairy. While I was tucking her in she asked me, "How much money do you have?" I gave a somewhat vague response, not knowing exactly how much money I do have. She pressed me for an answer, at which point I asked her why she needed to know. She replied, "Because I am trying to find out if you are the tooth fairy. If you have $(x) today and $(x-1) tomorrow then it must be you!"
