Helen is now laughing properly.
Before today she expressed her amusement by opening her mouth and squinting. But watching David jump up and down on the bed today really set her off.
It was quite difficult getting all the kids settled down tonight. We thought we had finally cracked it at 8.45pm, but then David got out of bed and hurt his toe on a length of wooden railway track. Naturally he came into the nursery and gave a loud and emotional account. Back to square one, but we had everyone down again by 9.15pm.
