Day 8
A slow start this morning, especially since the kids drew me in to watching Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1 on On Demand.
After the film we set off for Royal Gorge. It took longer than we thought to get there. Royal Gorge Bridge and Park was a bit naff. We walked across the suspension bridge, looked around the "Wild West" area and the wildlife park (which consisted of elk and bison), ate a pretty disgusting lunch of BBQ pork, went back across the gorge in the aerial tram then descended to the bottom on the incline railway.
Back home I made chicken satay for dinner.
