Day 3
Rob and David got up early, ate breakfast and went to the Superdrome to register. Rachel, Helen and I almost missed breakfast!

Not long after we had eaten breakfast Rob came back to the hotel to get David's bike and some other stuff. We returned to the Superdrome with him. It was extremely hot so we didn't stay long before going to Super Target for some supplies.

Rob ate some lunch at the Superdrome. David, Rachel, Helen and I all ate something at the cafe in the hotel.

In the afternoon we all went in the pool/hot tub then returned to the velodrome later. The evening events were pushed back from 5.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m., presumably because of the heat. David came 9th out of 14 boys in his time trial. He did 500m in 47.89 seconds.
Ate dinner at a nearby Mexican restaurant then went back to the hotel to bed.
